Very nice solide good quality good looking bbq easy to assemble

Item was delivered swiftly, but a few imperfections on the cover. When I started a chat via Shop mentioning it, I received a reply from Keiran asking for a photo that same day. I responded to that message, but it's been 4 days now and no reply.

My main concern is that the waterproofing may be effected.

So speedy delivery, but not great aftercare.

Fast delivery and item as described, but slight damage to the product. Received an initial response from the company when I enquired about it, but no reply (and therefore resolution) to my response 4 days ago.

The representative reached out on the back of my review apologising and advising that the case was marked as close as a result of an admin error. A new cover was sent out with no fuss. Speedy delivery and satisfactory outcome, so I have updated my review from 3* to 4*

Perfect fit and great quality. Delivered on time too

You're right when you say that you need 2 people to assemble the grill. A couple of the pictures need redoing as they don't make sense. It took about 3 hours to put it all together. I suggest you watch a novice assemble it and you'll see the issues.
