This was a birthday present back in 2019 & after all these years I have just had to order a new Charcoal tray & bracket. I messed up & ordered the wrong part but after a phone call to customer services it was all sorted out & the correct parts arrived & were easily installed, so here's to a few more years cooking with this great BBQ.

I ordered the XXL Charcoal Smoker Ultimate Bundle on end-of-season offer (the base on my 8yrs old BBQ of similar design but different brand having finally worn through this summer). I chose the XXL mainly because of its cast-iron grills but I'm pleased with everything about it. Every part seems good quality. It was very well packaged - so no dents or bends - and was fairly easy to put together alone in approx 2 hrs. Just 1 minor part (a utensil hook) had not been machined properly and didn't fit so I emailed; got a quick response and replacements arrived in the post in a couple of days - excellent! I might not get to use it for a while now the weather's changing but I'm confident it'll perform at least as well as my old one. I'm hoping for about 10 years!
