Usage Instructions
When used with our barbecues, this cast iron griddle is designed to be used with adequate airflow. When in use, the entire cooking surface of the barbecue must not be fully covered with flat plates or griddles, as this can restrict airflow.
A grill grate does not need to be used to fill the remaining space. However, part of the cooking surface must remain open to allow proper airflow and ensure the barbecue operates correctly.

Care & Maintenance
Cast iron griddles should be cleaned by soaking and washing in soapy water as soon as possible after use and once cool down.
NEVER place cast iron products in a dishwasher as this will reduce the structural integrity of the product, remove any or all pretreated seasoning and likely cause rusting.

Usual quality. That’s why I keep coming back
Ordered my xxl on Thursday and arrived Sunday as ordered. Unpacked all the components and thought ,this is going to be painful. How wrong I was. Great instructions made it very simple to put together. This is a very study bbq and looks great. Brackets loaded and fired up, I set about oiling the grills and griddle. This all done, on with the first cook....just the usual burgers, sauage, chicken and some lamb cofters and chops. These all cooked great and the bbq worked really well. Need to do a couple more cooks to get used to it, but love it. Great purchase and great quality.
We bought this after purchasing the Barbecue last month. It’s heavy and really good quality and will be well used! Service as always was excellent
Overall, a great service with a personal touch. Josh was on hand to offer great advice as to which products would suit my needs best. I would highly recommend and use their services again. A quality product and arrived the next day.
The bbq cooks well, especially having cast iron grates. The adjustable coal shelf is very useful, best feature by far. It has wheels but no handle for moving it around and the build quality just isn’t there to be moved much. Having said that, if you leave it in one place it’s great. Only thing I’d improve really is a third hinge on the lid to improve stability. Overall, would recommend.
