Needed 2 people to assemble, but quite straightforward. Parts could have been titled. Smoker handle holes out of alignment. Smoker lid misaligned catching against leg when closing.

Ordered, arrived two days later, some minor problems. Customer services addressed the issues and were dealt with rapidly. Fantastic service by this company with a very good product.
It's a excellent dual fuel bbq, with the addition of a smoker box. I've had time to cook various things on it now, and I have to say that both the bbq and the smoker perform exceptionally well - in fact it's pretty much faultless. The gas part of the bbq works as it should, except I would suggest the addition of a piezzo lighter for all 3 burners, not just the central one. The charcoal section has the great feature of a charcoal tray, and you can adjust the position of the charcoal relative to the food. The smoker can be used in conjunction with the charcoal bbq to hot smoke, fish, chicken, etc, and it does the job very well, with plenty of control over the airflow. Very well thought out.
The only reason this has 4 and not 5 stars is the truly awful assembly instructions, especially the assembly of the mechanism that moves the charcoal tray up and down. There is literally not even a hint as to how it works, and although the test of the build was simple enough to follow, this last part of the instructions needs sorting out. I would suggest that someone makes a youtube video showing the main features of the build.
I would recommend this bbq 100%. Just be prepared for a bit of headscratching towards the end of the build!
Received This quickly, but had some damage, (Cosmogrill blamed DPD) but this is clearly a quality control/ packaging issue as seems to be the same parts damaged as most people report in the reviews.
Smoker box damaged, charcoal tray for smoker box, trivet for the side burner and later discovered the grills for the smoker box. Contacted customer services and parts were sent, all ok.
One lid slightly out of shape, on assembly the paint on the inside of the smoker came off! Quality is not great, welds leave a lot to be desired.
Gas side of BBQ is not that hot with the lids open but cooks fine as an oven with the lid shut, some lighting issues as difficult to light left burner but centre and right light ok. charcoal side brilliant and yet to use smoker box, not sure how well it will work due to the gap under the charcoal lid. We will see.
On conclusion, overall not without issues but is clearly a cheap Chinese product could be made better with a better grade of steel and better quality control. But for the price it is functional.
