We received the spare part in perfect conditions, unfortunately when we went to replace it, it was impossible to remove the old one as it was completely rusted in place (with only 2 years of use), despite the fact we used the Cosmogrill cover and kept it clean.
Had to throw away the grill, expensive and really not worth it if you need to replace the whole thing every 2 years.
Tray fitted perfectly. Instructions on your website were very helpful. Especially as there are so many sizes
My Wife brought me the Cosmo XXL Smoker BBQ for a birthday present back in 2019, after the last BBQ we had the charcoal tray collapsed so ordered a new one it arrived 2 days later however the wrong part arrived on checking the order it looks like it was my fault for not checking before i sent it off as for whatever reason the drop down box must have reverted back to number one, anyway after a phone call to Cosmo it is all sorted & the order is being returned & the correct part will be sent out once they receive it back so excellent customer service. So once the new part has been installed here's to another few years from this great BBQ. I think the charcoal tray would still be going good if I had read about not keeping the cover on all the time & if I cleaned the ash out right away rather than it staying there & getting damp. I thought I might have issues with the screws as well after 5 years but they all came out very easily. I cannot recommend Cosmo Grill BBQ's enough.

Finally got the part I needed I ordered the wrong one before hand and sent it back and still have no reply or email or refund. I wanted to exchange it but instead I had to pay it again due to the no response.
